Further signs of the growing popularity of divination and the arcane as Tarot & Astrology become the story of Dior’s new Spring 2021 collection.
The collection is a story about a girl who goes inside a castle labyrinth which represents a psychological journey. She meets Tarot figures, the High Priestess, Temperance, Justice, and Death and has to face parts of her own personality and reach decisions about her life.
Apparently Christian Dior was a believer in Tarot and current designer Maria Grazia Chiuri made the choice to follow one of the mystical paths that surface in cataclysmic times, such as the current pandemic, when humanity strives to negotiate with the hand of fate.
